Construction Updates

June Construction Update 2019

On our Downtown development, Phase 1 has now completed with works to Phase 2 progressing well after a successful topping out ceremony.

Of the external works, the steel frame structure on level 13 is ongoing, along with the window installation on level 11. Brick slips on level 10 are being installed along with aluminum cladding on level 7 and wind liner board to level 14.

On the internal works, 1st fix mechanical and electrical works are ongoing to level 8 along with back board on level 7. Tape and joint works on level 6 are still underway with floor preparation works continuing on level 4. Mist coat has commenced on the internal works, along with the joinery of the arches and skirting boards to level 4 and the ceramic tiling to level 3.
