Construction Updates

September Construction Update 2019

Phase 1

All 164 apartments within the first phase of the development have now legally completed. Demand from the tenant market for this phase of the development has been incredibly high – with 95% of apartments now fully let.

Phase 2

All external works continue to progress well and are in-line with build schedule – with blocks A, B and C all on target to complete in March 2020. Windows have now been installed across the whole of block A, while cladding and black slips have reached level 13 and dismantlement of mast climbers continues.

Internally, all of the lifts have now been installed, with first fix mechanical and electrical up to level 13, second mechanical and electrical fix up to level 9 and final mechanical and electrical fix up to level 4. Floor preparations and ceramic tiling are complete to level 7 in readiness for fit out, and kitchens have now been installed throughout up to level 6. All electrical testing has now begun along with the install of electric meters.
