LETTINGS AND MANAGEMENT

Your appointed Property Management Team will manage all processes required to source, sign up and settle a tenant collecting the rent every month on your behalf, suitably managing the property during each tenants term. Please note - should you not have a UK bank account, international bank transfer charges may be applicable. Management fees are typically payable on a monthly basis deducted directly from the rent. Other payments such as service charge etc will need to paid separately for which a payment process can again be arranged. The Team will also work with the developers construction company to arrange access to assists finalise any outstanding snagging items (where applicable).

Once a tenancy agreement has come to an end, the Property Management Team will simply remarket the unit and repeat the above process. On any tenant’s departure, the Team will organise a property inspection and arrange for any repairs to be carried out advise at this final stage whether any deductions from the tenant’s deposit for loss or damage is required.

Should this be required the Team will be able to arrange contents, public liability and rental guarantee insurance on your behalf.
